Dear Sherry

Sadie(Mercedes) arrived this morning at 1:00 am.  It was like a dream.  Love at first sight.  Which I am glad to say, I was worried that I would not feel like that.  She is beautiful, sweet, well tempered and lovely.  We feed her and walked her and played for awhile, then put her to bed.  She cried for 5 or 6 min.  We pulled the crate close to the bed so that I could put my hand through to her and talked softly until she went to sleep. She slept off and on until 6:30 and woke up, ate, walked, pottied and slept again.   She came to visit at lunch and we played.  This afternoon we are going to play, sit and read and love.  Can't wait!

Thank you so much for a lovely puppy.  I will write next week and hope to have pics.

Again thank you!

The neighborhood here in Minnesota has really taken to her and enjoys watching “The Girls” when I take them on their walks.  The two of them really put on a show.  Her tail is starting to feather nicely now also.  She fusses at me at bed time if I don’t turn the lights out so she can go to sleep right away.  Such a little DIVA!!!  Mornings are always the best; she wakes up, stretches (with some vocal accompaniment) and then snuggles up to give me massive amounts of kisses.  My Dad says she’s one of the most enjoyable little dogs he’s ever been around.  Think I got me a keeper here.

Take care,

Hugs and Kisses from Nadirah

Hello Sherry,
I have been enjoying perusing your website for several months.  I am particularly interested in your livestock guardian dogs.  I am not fortunate enough to have a ranch however we have a tiny "gentleman's farm" in Humble Texas - a few chickens, a percheron/friesian horse, and currently, a darling rescue dog.
I would like to know if you sell your lgd's to work as home guardians.  I am well experienced with dog training, have a vet tech degree and majored in school in animal behavior.  I guess you can say that dogs and horses are my passions.  We raised wgsd's in the past and now that I am retired from my vet tech jobs and teaching school,  I really am ready to get a pup that I can bring up as a family member and service-type dog.
If the puppies you have are available to this sort of home, please send me information such as pricing, puppy contract (?), etc.  We would love to come and visit.  Thank you.
Your dogs are beautiful!
Tru

Hi  Sherry,

Another year and another birthday (her second) for Gypsy!  She was Pearl's daughter from July of 2009.

Gypsy has the sweetest, most loving disposition and even comes when I call her (well, most of the time) -- unique among Pyrs it seems :>)  .  Thought I'd share some photos of Gypsy and Scout (they're only a week apart in age!).  Gypsy is spayed so there will never be puppies, but the two of them are inseparable 'partners'. They have very complimentary personalities even if they are quite different.  They teach each other things every day.

Gypsy is wearing red in these photos and Scout is wearing blue.
